Search engine nearly there

OK, I committed some of the code I've been hacking on for ages into CVS today.

I'll release the ht://Dig patch this week (hopefully tomorrow), and then it'll be possible (although not trivial) for anyone running PyCS to get selective searching based on their page view authentication rules.

It only works with the current dev version of ht://Dig, which is a bit dodgy, but has lots of features. Watch this space.
