Hybrid mix - Strongarm Sessions Guest Mix
Highly recommended: Hybrid - Strongarm Sessions Guest Mix on Proton Radio. I'm only halfway through it, but I can feel this is going to be one of those mixes that I'll be listening to daily (er, hourly) until I get totally sick of it.
Track 4 - Trent Cantrelle & Freddy B - You Don't Have To Cry (Quivver Remix) - is excellent... I'm out of touch with the "scene" nowadays but anything with Quivver's name on it was gold in the late 90's, and it seems like he's still got the magic touch. The part from 22:00 on in the mix sends shivers down my spine...
Nice to hear Dogstar, a song from Hybrid's new album - I Choose Noise - which I didn't know about until now. Sung by Perry Farrell of Jane's Addiction! A return to the orchestral sound of their first album (tracks like Wide Angle and Finished Symphony)? Looking forward to hearing the whole album!
