Bike ride this morning. Now: 20/25/15/15/35 pushups (total 110).
It's interesting to compare my own stamina with the notes on hundredpushups.com. It looks like 45 consecutive pushups, which I could do a week ago, is the requirement to start week 5. However, I'm nowhere near being able to do the column 3 numbers for day 1 of week 5. I wonder if it's because I'm not doing much other exercise, apart from a little walking -- are my muscles strong enough, but my heart and lungs can't keep up?
