Community servers host a number of RadioUserLand or BzeRo weblogs. They communicate using the XmlStorageSystem protocol over XmlRpc.

Question to developers:

'Nothing much at the moment. RSS files have language tags which apparently aren't used all that much. There's an open source package (GPL) that seems to do fairly well at detecting the language used in some text. I think Scott Johnson's [Feedster] might be doing something with it. - PhillipPearson
